MsD Course Syllabus

In accordance with our University's Education and Training Regulation and MUDEK Accreditation Standards; the process of updating the ECTS Information Package (via UBS/Bologna) of the master's courses to be conducted in the 2025-2026 Spring Semester and submitting the Syllabus Form with a wet signature is specified below.

1

System Update (ECTS Information Package)

UBS/Bologna

The content, objectives, and measurement-evaluation information of the master's courses must be updated as the ECTS Information Package via the UBS > Bologna Information System.

  • System Update: ECTS, aims/learning outcomes, weekly plan, and measurement-evaluation components are updated via UBS.
  • Consistency: The information in the syllabus must be exactly consistent with the information package updated in UBS.
✍️ Important:
There is no need to print out the Course Content Form for the master's degree in this process. (Only the system update is performed.)
2

Compliance with MUDEK Criteria and Points to Consider

Critical Rules

While updating the ECTS Information Package via the UBS (Bologna) system and preparing Syllabi, the following MUDEK 3.0 standards must be strictly followed:

  • Measurability of LOs: Each declared Learning Outcome (LO) must be evaluated with a clear measurement tool (exam/homework/project, etc.) during the semester.
  • PO-LO matching: Only POs that are actually measured and directly contributed to should be marked; unrelated cells should be left blank.
  • Standard weekly plan: A weekly plan suitable for the academic calendar must be entered; midterm/final weeks must be indicated in a standard format.
  • Use of rubrics: Using rubrics for measurements such as homework/presentation/lab report/project is important for transparency.
